3. Scope of personal data and processing purposes

We process personal information you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
provision of services, performance of the contract: your personal information: email, first name, surname, phone number, date of birth, home address, criminal record information, and other information you provide to us in your CV; contracts (eg handing over a contact to a third party for the purpose of applying for a job, sending access to the application, sending an online course, etc.) to the delivery of the goods.

Bookkeeping: If you are a customer, we need your personal information (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.

Marketing, sending newsletters: Your personal information (e-mail and name), sex, what you click in the e-mail and when you most often use it for direct marketing, sending business messages. If you are our customer, we do so for legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news for 5 years after the last order.

If you are not our customer: we send you newsletters only on your consent, for a period of one year from award. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.

Advanced Consent Marketing: We can only send you inspiring third-party offers or use an email address such as remarketing and Facebook ad targeting for only 5 years after your consent, based on your consent. Of course, it can be revoked at any time through our contact details.

We keep your personal information for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

While browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you come. We see the use of cookies to measure web traffic and customize webpage views as a legitimate interest on the part of the manager, as we believe that we can offer you even better service.
